Who can go to the event?We welcome guests of all ages. All under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible person over 18.
Can I leave the event and come back?Yes. Just show your wristband to the stewards. Last entry is 8:00pm.
What times do the gates open?Gates open at midday. Last entry is 8:00pm
No alcoholic drinks are allowed into the event.
What items are prohibited?Aerosols, alcohol, drugs, legal highs, laser equipment, open bottles (not including baby bottles), liquids over 500ml, glass, gas canisters, animals (with the exception of Assistance Dogs), any sort of camping equipment, any goods for unauthorised trading, fireworks or flares (including sparklers), BBQs, and any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon or cause harm.

Can I buy tickets online?You can only buy tickets online. No tickets will be available on the door.
Are tickets available on the door?Tickets are only online pre-booked. There will be no on-the-door tickets.
Who needs a ticket? Do babies need a ticket?Yes everyone attending needs a ticket, this includes babies and newborns even though their tickets will be free. This is to help us manage our capacity limits.
There is no parking on site for this event. We encourage you to walk, cycle or take public transport to the event. There is limited street parking available in Greenway Avenue and surrounding roads.
What are the nearest stations?The nearest underground station is Walthamstow Central on Victoria Line, which is a 10 minute walk away. Wood Street Station is only 2 minutes walk and is on the Chingford-London Liverpool Street London Overground line.
Is there anywhere to chain my bike?Yes there is limited space, but all items are left at the owners responsibility. Please dismount before entering the event site.

Is the venue wheelchair friendly?The event is outside, with ramps onto the event field - however please bare in mind the weather conditions as the event is held outside, mainly on a grass field.
Can I get a Personal Assitant/Carer's ticket?Yes. The easiest way to do this is to book your tickets as normal, without booking a ticket for the carer, and then email us with your booking reference number and proof of disability. Please contact us atleast 72 hours in advance of the event to arrange this.

Where are the toilets?There are portaloo toilets placed in various convenient locations throughout the event.
Yes. Please check the Restricted Items list to avoid embarrasment at the gate.
What if I refuse to have my bag checked?Bag search is a condition of entry, refusal will lead to door staff refusing entry. Tickets will not be refunded.
What happens if I am found with Restricted Items?Anything that is not illegal you can handover to our door staff. Illegal items will lead to the police being called and you escorted off the event site.
Is there CCTV at the event?Yes. The whole site is covered by CCTV for the purposes of safety & security and prosecution of offenders.
What happens if I am injured?We have trained First Aid medical staff on site. Please go to the First Aid point or seek assistance from a steward.
