If you have already purchased your tickets you can still request a carers ticket providing you meet the requirements below.

Complimentary Carer / Personal Assistant (PA) tickets are available to support disabled attendees who require assistance to safely attend the event. A carer/PA ticket is valid for a responsible adult aged 18 or over who will provide necessary assistance throughout the event, including in emergencies.
For disabled children:
- Disabled children may receive one complimentary carer ticket.
- The accompanying adult must have booked at least one full-price adult ticket or one full-price family ticket.
- Requests for complimentary carer tickets on bookings with only child tickets will not be approved.
- If more than one carer is needed, additional complimentary carer tickets can be requested with supporting evidence.
For disabled adults:
- Disabled adults may receive one complimentary adult carer/PA ticket.
- Additional complimentary carers can be requested if evidence demonstrates a genuine need.
- Requests for complimentary carer/PA tickets must include evidence showing the name of the disabled attendee.
- The carer/PA does not need to be a family member and are provided on the understanding that the carer is a responsible adult aged 18 or over, who is capable of providing necessary assistance to the ticket holder during the event, including in the event of an evacuation or other emergency.
Accepted documentation includes:
- a statement of higher or middle rate disability living allowance (DLA)
- receipt of either the severe disablement allowance or attendance allowance
- personal independence payment (PIP)
- blue badge
- qualifying annual uprating letter
- the access card (details available from www.accesscard.org.uk)
- registration document which certifies that you are registered blind or partially sighted
- veterans agency letter confirming war disablement pension
- If more than one carer/PA is required, please provide supporting documentation at the time of request.
- Additional complimentary carer/PA tickets will be considered based on the evidence provided.
- Extra adults not covered by complimentary tickets must purchase standard tickets.
- Complimentary carer/PA tickets are strictly for assisting disabled attendees.
- Tickets will become invalid if they are attempted to be used with a different booking or are resold.
- Those in possession of the carers/pa tickets must enter with the disabled person.
- The event reserves the right to refuse carer/PA tickets if requests do not meet eligibility criteria or supporting evidence is insufficient.
If you have already purchased a standard ticket for the carer/PA, we are unable to offer a refund. However, a complimentary Carer/PA ticket can still be issued upon approval, following the steps above
