Safety

  • Stewards and security officers are placed throughout the event site, wearing easily recognisable high-visibility clothing
  • First aid provisions and fire officers are on site - if you cannot see them, please ask the nearest steward who will call for them
  • Baby changing facilities are inside the disabled toilets
  • If you become separated from your child, please seek assistance from the nearest steward
  • Please do not purchase from unauthorised street traders outside of the venue

Security

  • CCTV is in use throughout the event grounds for the safety and security of attendees
  • Bag and person searches are a condition of entry, carried out at security's discretion — please allow extra time. Refusal may result in denial of entry, without refund
  • You will be refused entry if found without a valid ticket, and evicted if found trespassing, causing a nuisance or anti-social behaviour, or harassing any other persons within the event
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or evict anyone without refund
  • Security dogs are actively working on this site.
  • Any items surrendered or confiscated will be returned on exit at the discretion of the security manager

Prohibited Items

  • Fireworks, sparklers, flares and sky or Chinese lanterns
  • No alcohol may be brought into the event - a licensed bar is available on site
  • Illegal substances, drugs and legal highs, including Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment
  • Aerosols, laser equipment, gas canisters and airhorns
  • Glass of any kind, and open bottles (baby bottles excepted)
  • Liquids over 500ml
  • Megaphones, blowtorches and spray cans
  • Sound systems, petrol burners and BBQs
  • Tabards and high-visibility jackets or vests
  • Bags larger than A4 in size
  • Camping equipment
  • Animals, with the exception of Assistance Dogs
  • Goods for unauthorised trading
  • Excessive amounts of food or cigarettes - please only bring enough for personal use
  • Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon or to cause harm
