Before You Start
You can book an Essential Companion ticket straight away if you hold either:
- A valid Nimbus Access Card displaying the +1 symbol; or
- A valid Blindspot Gigs Digital Access Pass that confirms an Essential Companion requirement.
You do not need to complete another Nimbus application. If you hold neither, please see how to apply.
How to Book
- Have your valid Access Card or Blindspot Gigs Digital Access Pass number to hand.
- Visit the Stow Firework Spectacular booking page on TicketSource.
- Enter your Access Card or Digital Access Pass number when prompted during the booking process.
- Once your number has been validated, you will be able to add your complimentary Essential Companion ticket to your booking.
- Book the disabled visitor's admission ticket and the Essential Companion ticket together in the same transaction.
Important Information
- Your card or pass entitles you to the number of Essential Companion tickets shown by the access symbols on it. The booking system will only allow you to book up to that number.
- Your entitlement may only be used once per event date, across the WCTSC member presale and the general sale combined. Attending more than one date requires a separate booking for each.
- Where the same card or pass has been used for the same event date in both the presale and the general sale, the later booking will be void and cancelled without refund. We will email you before cancelling any booking.
- Approval by Nimbus confirms an access requirement; it does not reserve tickets or guarantee admission if the event has sold out.
- The disabled visitor and their Essential Companion must attend the event together.
- The Essential Companion ticket is valid only for the same event date and admission type as the disabled visitor's ticket.
- Essential Companion tickets cannot be sold, transferred or used independently.
On the Night
Please bring the Access Card or Digital Access Pass you booked with. It must be presented at the gate alongside your eTicket, and is checked against the person presenting it. Without it, the Essential Companion ticket will not be valid for entry. Our staff will not ask you about the nature of your disability and will not record your card or pass details at the gate.

- Nimbus Disability is responsible for Digital Access Pass and Access Card applications, supporting evidence and assessment decisions.
- Our team cannot assess medical evidence, approve applications or overturn decisions made by Nimbus.
